Biography
Jean was born in Taiwan and was infected with the art bug since her early years. Her family moved to and decided to settle down in the San Francisco Bay Area when she was very young. Her interest in illustrations and oil paintings began in high school. However, Jean decided to go to college at the University of California at Davis to pursue a career in the sciences. The art bug nagged relentlessly at her throughout college. To silence it, Jean finished her Minor in Art Studio, along with her degree in the sciences. After several years in the biotech/ pharmaceutical arena, she learned that there is no cure for the art bug. Since then, Jean has chosen to focus on a new career in art and design. She currently resides in the Bay Area.
